Why a blog about toast? Well because I love toast. It’s actually one of my favorite foods. I also felt like toast really doesn’t get enough credit as a true culinary marvel that improves upon the already amazing bread. The only down side is that I started this blog a few years ago before I found out I couldn’t eat gluten. I’ve been learning about and trying all sorts of gluten free breads and flours. I’m hoping to get some good reviews of them up on here soon.
